I have lost my 2 boys and one is home. I went to trial to fight for my
youngest son, who eventually is now with the foster mom, she got physical
custody, but I did not get terminated. Yet, I might have pay child
support for my child I will not be able to even see. This is tragedy! They
have destroyed my little boy. This had gone on for 3 years. My youngest was
3 and he was put in a foster home that had only mentally retarded older
foster children. I still suspect sexual abuse from things I noticed from my
son on supervised visits. I did everything, everything, I went bankrupt, I
had one heart attack. They don't care, the abuse my children had and still
are taking, and the abuse I took and the grandparents. I am going to appeal,
my attorney put me in a position where I have no choice, or money. Is there
any law I can use for a judge allowing my child to be put in this foster
home, after it came out finally in the trial that the social workers had no
intentions of giving my children back? I had 4 Social Workers, and one told
me to my face I would never get my kids back, that was in my 3rd month and I
just started a case plan. The other social worker told a therapist who was
working with me and my oldest son. I was also put in chemical abuse
treatment for 29 days for a medication my doctor ordered me to take. That
also came out in the trial. There is fraud by the Social Workers, deception
and slander. How could a judge play into their favor? Any help would be
appreciated. I have until Tuesday to get my appeal out.
Thank you,
Donna Fisher

Dear Ruby Harrold-Claesson, and associates;
I just wanted to write and tell you that I do share your same concerns with
the same problems....I am contacted by so many mothers who have lost their
children.
Often it is larger numbers 4, 5, or 6,.........they seem to be not charged with
anything....they are removed for things such as a messy house, home school,
or as was mentioned, a parent not wanting to put their child on Ritalin.......
Without being charged they sometimes are offered one child back in exchange
for signing over the rights to the others...........
Whether it is oppression of the poor....
this is not something I know how to make sense of yet.......
I do know because I have four children, you do not have money and children,
at the same time....you make ends meet........
I also know that there is a definite correlation between having children,
especially larger numbers of them, and a mess......
matter of fact, it is conclusive.......
but certainly no reason for children to be taken from a loving mother....
the standards and expectations are attainable by no one.......
and especially not a mother who needs to be spending time playing and loving
their young ones.......
What I think is ironic, is how it is so acceptable for a male to have their
house a wreck, and this is socially acceptable,
but enter one female.....and all the sudden it is totally different. Why?
I am not against males or men, just absurdity....
Any society who thinks there will be no reprecussions for these actions
are going to be sadly mistaken......
the loss of a parent for something so trivial,
will effect these children........and no one is considering this.
It is not abusive to not have the best and the finest.......
What I have to wonder is where are the women's rights activists for
this...... or are they only active for those who are pro choice.....
I work for both male and female children.....I work with male as well as
female.
I have been turned down for funding because I do not solely benefit
women and girls.
At first, I thought, ok, it is just a problem that is happening to a family down the street.
Then I find several in the state, then I find hundreds and hundreds nation wide
........and now all that is happening everywhere............
where do you start?
How do you start?
I thank you for listening, for actually my pain is just from one mother on behalf of another...........
Sincerely,
Denise Marhoefer
