Award of Certificates of Honour to the journalist and artist Lillemor Holmberg, for her tireless struggle for redress for the Blomqvist family in Vetlanda and to Jan Gillberg, for publication in his magazine "Origo" of the violations that were perpetrated against the Blomqvist family by the municipality of Vetlanda.
