9.00    Opening. The President of the NCHR, Ruby Harrold-Claesson, Sweden, welcomes the participants.

11.00    Hans Hjortsjö, former Administrative Court of Appeal judge: "A former Appeal Court judge's experience of working with cumpolsary child care cases and contacts with the social system".
