NCHR,
I have written on several occasions and have been in telephone contact with your
President. As of Nov. 11, 2002, The Social bureau at Fosie,
Malmö has committed a long list of criminal acts and
rights violations. These include, but are not limited to, child endangerment by
vehicle, Perjury, Slander & Liable, Falsifying documents used in Court
cases, Forgery, Child Abduction, Torture, Neglect, and Conspiracy. All of these
and more have been brought to bear in both Länsrätten
and Kammarrätten. In the last instance, June 2003,
The involved Social workers, Katrin Hernbäck, Menige Carbassy, and their boss Gunhild Söderstrom were exposed for having conspired against
parents AND a fellow Social employee. They (aforementioned parties) submitted a
statement to the court that read (translated),"the employee of bostadsgruppen (name, working in concert with Fosie as it is their apartment) while inspecting the
apartment observed Hashish smoke in the apartment..."
This
document had the name of the worker, as if that worker had signed the
statement. I approached the worker and informed them that this had been done.
The person was, rightfully, insulted and immediately contacted the parties
involved on the matter. When this was brought up in court, the Social's
attorney simply stated that "we did not accuse them", our retort was
that "you had submitted this accusation to court, therefore you have
accused us of a crime, having not redressed the matter beforehand, it
still stands". A signed statement from the worker was also submitted
clearly denouncing that she had ever made such a statement, neither in
written nor oral form. The court responded only by stating that it
was not important. No action was taken even though it had been proven, before
the court, that they had submitted a false statement, forged by them, with the
intent of doing damage to our character. This is criminal behavior and shows
MALICE. In my home,

provide dozens of "needed" jobs, SSKs live
off children, and when they have done it long enough, they can retire, steal
some kids of their own (becoming foster parents) and insure a fat check for
themselves in one fell swoop. One child can easily generate over 20,000 kr. per month for the foster parent, in addition to having
no expenses to begin with as all those are "picked up" by taxpayers.
The more children you steal, the more necessary your job as an SSK is in this
society. Feeding the need.. no different than any
other fix,

problem"... Nothing since has left as strong a mark on my memory. If you
do nothing against an evil, you are a party to that evil. Swedish apathy is not
an excuse. Denial is the only thing truly Svensk. I

I
am a 31 year old American in Malmö. My wife is a

The social authorities took it upon themselves to intervene when they learned
that my wife was at Kriscentrum. The
staff at Krisc. informed
my wife AND the Soc. that they could find NO REASON that my wife and son should
not return home. Upon hearing this, Menish, one of
the two Soc. Sec. assigned this case divulged the location of my wife and son
to me.
This was THEIR reason for why my wife could not stay there, even though the
staff clearly stated it was because there was "no demonstrated threat to
woman or child". They rushed to obtain an LVU on the basis that my wife
and son could no longer stay at the Center. They then arrived at the center and
kidnapped our son. Saying only that my wife was welcome to
accompany them if she wished. They then put my son in a car without a
child restraint (he was only 15 months old at the time) and drove for
several hours, at night, to
Since then, I have seen my son 2 times, less than 6 hours total, including
over the holidays and my wife's birthday.
As of this day, Dec. 29, the Social Gestapo have yet
to investigate me in any way. They have offered zero evidence, circumstantial
or otherwise, to attest that I am an unfit parent. They have not even
investigated me in order to obtain any evidence!!!! First they tried to
accuse me of using hasch, so I immediately
volunteered to undergo regular drug testing, they found nothing. They then
tried to say I am an alcoholic, so I started taking Antabus
at the local clinic, and was interviewed by 2 psychologists/substance abuse
counselors, Björn Trolle
and Rolf Malmqvist of ALDRO, both were satisfied that
alcohol dependent therapy was NOT necessary, and could, in fact, be harmful to
me because it may confuse me if I were to partake of treatment when it was not
needed!!!!
AS YOU CAN SEE, every evil machination they dream up, I have successfully
countered, yet, I have won nothing. I am still denied my human rights, my son
is still denied his rights, my wife is still being
coerced, exploited, tortured, lied to, lied about, and systematically broken
down by their feminazi terrorist tactics.
I am outraged, beyond all conceivable measure by the hypocritical, abusive,
self-aggrandizing, besservisser, tyranny that is the
